These terms apply to Galaxy Gauntlet and its website, provided by Vandra Labs Pty Ltd. By using the game or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using them.

Using the game

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the game for lawful purposes, subject to the rules of the store where you obtained it. You must not copy, redistribute, modify, reverse engineer or misuse the game except where law permits. The game, its art, music, name and other content belong to Vandra Labs Pty Ltd or its licensors.

Progress and ads

Progress is stored locally on your device. We cannot guarantee recovery if the app or its data is removed. Some crashes may offer an optional rewarded ad. Availability depends on the ad provider, consent and connection. If an ad does not complete or no reward is confirmed, the in-game reward may not be granted. There is no purchase required to play the campaign.

Availability and responsibility

We may update or discontinue features and fix errors. We aim to keep the game available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the game. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Privacy and changes

Our privacy policy explains how information is handled. We may revise these terms; the date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
